3-Step Za’atar Beet Dip

1 - 8.8 ounce package Love Beets Cooked Beets
1 - 10 ounce package L&B Original Hummus
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 smashed garlic clove
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon L&B Za’atar Seasoning + more for garnish
½ teaspoon salt
L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for garnish
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
L&B Carrot, Celery & Jicama Sticks, for serving
Directions
- Rough chop the beets.
- In a food processor, combine the beets with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, garnish with olive oil, L&B Za’atar seasoning and mint leaves. Serve with L&B Carrot, Celery & Jicama Sticks.
